Eligibility:
* Eligible disabled veterans who intend to use the car for their personal transportation for a period of two years or until the car has travelled 40,000km
* Eligible people with disabilities who intend to use the car for their personal transportation to or from gainful employment for a period of two years or until the car has travelled 40,00km. The person must have a current disability certificate issued by Health Services Australia Ltd certifying that the person has lost the use of one or more limbs to such an extent that the person is unable to use public transport.
