Short Description
A small body worn transmitter which sends out a periodic radio signal which is monitored by an alarm unit. When the person wearing the transmitter moves beyond the range of 40 metres from the alarm panel an audible alarm is activated.
More Details
*The transmitter is carried in a small pouch worn above the ankle. This
pouch has to be designed and made to meet the requirements of the person. It incorporates such items as hooks and eyes to prevent it being removed by the person being monitored.
*An alternate system detecting when a person passes monitored exits is also available
*Suitable for residential care units, private homes.
*Variations on the system incorporating a number of monitoring systems and a number of channels all interconnected can be supplied for use in retirement homes to remove the need to install door monitoring units.
