There are many types and qualities of toilet paper dispenser on the
market: Some are easy to use (ie. dispensing toilet paper), some
enable ease of changing toilet rolls; the value of some is based purely on aesthetics and the value of others is in ensuring the the toilet roll is difficult to remove (is not stolen or wasted).
