Short Description

This is a scale with two short ramps, low to the floor to allow easy access for wheelchairs to be weighed. Between the two ramps is a platform where an ambulant person can stand and be weighed. The weight is displayed on the digital unit which is easy to read, being at the height of 770mm from the floor. A unit with the voice output is also available.

. The digital display unit features simple push button operation, touch button selectable graduation for finer accuracy to 2 decimal points.
. The Tare button can calibrate the scale back to zero to omit the weight other than the absolute weight of the patient eg, eliminate the weight of wheelchair or anything which the patient may be wearing or carrying at the time.
. The scale has 2 small castors and 2 small handles.
BATTERIES:
. The scale is operated by "C" type batteries which give a minimum of 100 hours normal use.
. Scale turns off automatically in 3 minutes when not in use.
. The scale is protected from overloading.
