A garage door remote control system which is designed specifically for the B & D Roll-A-Door. It can also be fitted to most other brands of garage doors. Can be operated from inside the car, and from inside the house.

Additional Remote Control Transmitters - available in 2 and 3 channel models, the B&D remote control transmitter is ideal for the convenient operation of multiple gates and garage doors.
Keyring Transmitters - small enough to fit onto your keyring. Great for your car keys.
Entry Keypad - No wiring required. Just attach to the brickwork on front of the garage or gate and enter your own private 4 digit pin number for access.
Transmitter Wall Button - Ideal for mounting inside a house to automatically open the garage. No wiring required. Can be used up to 20 metres from garage (range dependent upon site conditions).
Safety Infra-red Beams - Non-impact reversing system. Added safety and security for your family and your property. Must be fitted for auto-close option to function.
Combo Access Device - External entry in case of black out. Recommended if garage door is the only means of access to your garage.

B&D Controll-A-Door / CAD5
The CAD5 is designed to suit most types of residential rolling garage doors. It may be fitted to either single or double width doors up to 3 metres high and 5.5 metres wide. It offers convenience, safety and security. A wide range of accessories are also available.

More Details
Operation: As you approach the garage, push the button on the remote control transmitter. This will both open the door and turn on the courtesy light inside the garage. Once the car is safely inside, another touch of the button will close and lock the door. The courtesy light will switch off automatically after approximately 4 1/2 minutes.
Once the garage door is closed it is automatically locked and can only be opened with your security coded remote control transmitter or by using the operate button on the opener.
All B&D garage door openers have an in built reversing feature which returns the door to an open position should it meet with an obstruction while in closing mode.
In the event of a blackout, the automatic opener can be disengaged and the door operated manually by pulling a lever. Once the power is restored the opener is to be reengaged.

B&D recommend that every B&D automatic garage door opener is fitted with Safety infra red beams.
Activate the door only when the door is in full view and free of obstructions.
No one should enter, leave or pass under the door while the door is in motion.
Do not allow children to play with or near the door.
