Staff includes registered nurses, enrolled nurses, palliative care nurses, assistants in nursing, personal carers, domestic cleaners and yard and maintenance workers.

Service coordinators aim to match their carers' skills and expertise to the clients' needs. They are also able to refer to other Community Support services if necessary.

Funding Options
INS is a contracted provider to many government bodies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, which takes in Community Nursing and the Veterans" Home Care Program. They are also contacted to Community Options Programs, HomeCare of NSW, Department of Health and Ageing, Community Aged Care and Extended Aged Care Packages in the Illawarra and southeast NSW areas.
