The NDIS & LeapFrog ability
*LeapFrog ability is a not-for-profit organisation that has been providing services to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Hunter residence since 1996. We can help you transition to the NDIS and provide you with tools, support and advice to negotiate and carry-out your NDIS plan.

Therapy Centre
* This Centre operates with a view to helping people live well with others and participate in community life as fully as they are able. The Therapy Centre offers the following person centred support for NDIS client's; Behaviour Support, Psychology Services, Training and Education, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy.

NDIS Plan Co-ordination
*This cluster includes short to longer term support that focuses on strengthening the participant's ability to coordinate their supports and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community.

Community Living Support
* Community Living Support enables people with a disability to live independently in the community. LeapFrog ability provide training, social opportunities and day to day support to help people with a disability be as independent as they are able to be.

Flexible Support Options
* Flexible Support Options works to help people living with disability to live as independently as possible and to reduce the potential for breakdown of supports such as family, friends, work and community access. Download an application form from the Leap Frog website.

The Gym
* The Gym provides fitness programs, advice on nutrition, personal hygiene and grooming as well as providing a popular social venue for people living with an intellectual disability. Fee for Service support is also available.

Fair Go For Kids
* Fair Go For Kids is a donation driven project that purchases equipment, treatment and support for children with a disability and thus reduces the sometimes very long and damaging waiting time for support. Donations are welcomed.

Education and Resource Centre
* The Centre's sole purpose is to provide support, resources and training for people living with an intellectual disability. The centre's facilities are available by appointment only.
