Short Description

Aqualoc is a specially designed tap valve that saves water, energy and eliminates tap washer maintenance. It is a modular construction consisting of two parts: the Aqualoc base which sits in and on the tap seat and a jumper valve which regulated the flow of water. Suitable for hot and cold water.

Saves 84% water and stops leaks. Recommended for hand basins and very high pressure systems.

Aqualoc Standard
Stops leaks. Recommended for very low pressure / gravity fed systems.

Aqualoc Standard with Spring
To be used in conjunction with the above models to limit water hammer. For open taps such as washing machines.

. Aqualoc Tap Valves replace conventional washers and 1/4 turn ceramic cartridges (spindle changeover required) in tapware.
. The jumper valve varies in diameter, providing a range of flow rates catering from gravity fed systems to high pressure.
. The patented multi ridging system within the base provides a unique seal on the seat of the tap, eliminating leaking taps. There is no need to change a washer again.
. Aqualoc prevents full pressure dumps. It reduces and in most cases eliminates water hammer. One Aqualoc model is specifically designed for washing machine and dishwasher based water hammer.
. It's design creates a vacuum, rendering stiff taps easy to turn on and off.
. Provides a controlled, even flow of water delivering savings on water costs.
. Reduces hot water heating. The reduction in power usage contributes to significant savings in CO2 emissions
. The two piece seal renders it virtually unbreakable and vandal proof, making it suitable to install in public facilities or high use tapware.
. The base seals and protects the seat of a tap. There are no washers to grind against the seat to cause wear. Therefore the tap's life expectancy is increased.
. A combination of the different flow models can be used to equalise the flow fluctuations from any outlet.
