HomeFree at Home is a wireless electronic monitoring system designed to alleviate concerns of wandering. It initiates alerts once a person leaves a predefined area. Suitable for domestic use. The system comprises a wrist watch transmitter, a home monitoring unit, caregiver's pager and optional visual alerts.

The wireless system consists of:
Personal Watcher
* Lightweight, hypoallergenic and water resistant
* Band removal and cut band alarms
* Motion and body sensors
* De activation feature for extended battery functionality
* Low battery indication

Home Monitoring Unit - a data processing unit featuring automatic communication and alarm capabilities. This is plugged into electricity and telephone outlets.

Caregivers' Pager - for immediate local notification

Visual alerts - optional strobe lights

Central monitoring support (optional)
* This may be beneficial where the person being monitored is not being cared for their family but by external service(s).
* All local alarms are simultaneously received by a Central Monitoring Service. Each patient is assigned a personalised schedule of daily routines and local range parameters, which can be automatically downloaded to the home unit or changed as needed.
The central service backs and supports home units by:
* updating caregivers' of patients's schedule
* prompt verification that the alert has been received by the caregiver. Offering assistance and guidance.
*Confirmation of the systems technical condition

* The HomeFree at home system is fully compatible with HomeFree's care centers' monitoring system.

Installation

HomeFree at Home monitoring units are plugged into electricity and telephone outlets. No complicated installation is required.
