Video exercise programs for older people. They can be purchased individually or used as part of an equipment and educational package including power point presentation for use with groups. One of the videos has exercises for people who are chair bound.

1) "Exercise your way to Healthy Aging". Beginner level. 30 minutes. Suitable for all age groups
2) "Active....Seated Fitness: - a vibrant physical fitness program designed for the person who is unable to stand.
3) "Dementia Fitness" a fun and energetic program designed for a people with dementia and their carers. Includes easy to follow notes to assist the carer.
Wellness Program:
In addition to the videos, there is a full educational package including a PowerPoint presentation and staff handouts on CD ROM. Designed for carers and staff involved in education.
