Short Description

This system includes a phone with a back lit keypad, a pendant alert and connection to a 24hour HelpLine Centre. In an emergency, a single press to the alert button on the phone or on the pendant sets off a call sequence that automatically contacts the HelpLine Centre.

Method Of Use

The HelpLine Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff will immediately know who is calling and will have customer information to hand such as medical information and key contact details provided by you. Once they have ascertained what the problem is, they will immediately contact whoever of the key contacts is best equipped to deal with the emergency. If the caller is unable to speak, the operator will contact a keyholder to investigate further.
