The Kensington Orbit Trackball is a trackball type device that can be used in place of the standard mouse with IBM compatible and Macintosh computer systems. It features a smaller trackball placed in the midline at the top of the device and two buttons in a contoured casing suitable for use with either hand. Can be customised.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
. Available for both IBM compatible and Macintosh computer systems.
- IBM compatible with Windows98 with USB port
- IBM compatible with Windows 95, 98 or NT with PS/2 compatible mouse port
- Macintosh with OS 8.01 or later with USB port
- Macintosh with OS 7.0 or later with ADB port.
INTERFACE:- IBM compatible requires PS/2 or USB port (adaptable to serial port).
- Macintosh requires ADB or USB port.
FEATURES
- Small trackball (less than size of golf ball).
- Two buttons situated either side of trackball, approximately halfway down length of casing.
- Programmable button functions via MouseWorks Software, which includes a drag lock function.
- Contoured, symmetrical casing design.
- Mouse button functions can be customised using MouseWorks Software. Programmable function include custom acceration of the cursor, brilliant cursor (make the cursor jump to hot spots you define eg file menu, edit menu, tool bar), mouse button click efficiencies (double click function via a single click and drag lock functions), pop-up menus, keystroke commands via single click, shortcuts such as save, print, cut, copy.
METHOD OF USE
The trackball device remains stationary on the desk while the ball is rolled to move the mouse pointer on screen.

Auditory click is heard on button activation.
