Short Description

A lightweight, aluminium four wheeled folding walking frame that converts into a transit wheelchair. It can be folded into a compact size with carry handles for transportation and portability. It features a padded seat, flexible backrest, solid tyres, bicycle brakes and a nylon, cloth basket. Hand grips are height adjustable to suit attendant and user. One model available.

Method Of Use

Method of unfolding
1. Flip the front castors and rear legs up until they click into place.
2. Insert the pins into the frame above each castor.
3. Flip the walking frame over so all wheels are secure on the ground.
4. Unfold the armrests until they click into place.

Method of folding
1. Remove and store footplates in the basket under the seat.
2. Fold the armrests inwards toward the seat, by simultaneously pressing the black Paddle Releases located on the front and back tube of each armrest.
3. Remove the pins from the frame above each castor.
4. Lay the unit down on the front legs.
5. Press the lever on each curved, rear leg to fold inwards, one at a time.
6. To fold up the front castors, place one hand on the handlebars and lift up on the carrying strap located underneath the seat.

Walking Frame
1. Flip the backrest away from the push handles, so that it's positioned at the front of the unit.

Transit Wheelchair
1. Flip the backrest towards the push handles, so that it is positioned to the back of the unit.
2. Add the footplates (stored in the basket when being used as a walking fame). Ensure that both pins are engaged in the frame above the castors.
