Short Description

A wireless emergency call system for retirement village residents only. It is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days a week by a nominated call centre or by staff of a residential facility through call displays and/or paging phone systems.

Method Of Use

The caretaker system allows self care residents to be monitored round-the-clock either by resident staff members and/or call centre .

Nominated persons monitoring: The resident raises an alarm by pressing either a pendant or wall button which is responded to by staff.

Call centre monitoring : The resident raises an alarm which is relayed to the monitoring centre, verified by the centre, and an emergency plan activated accordingly.
