These unisex closed toe socks are made from ultra soft cotton with minimum elastic in the top to reduce compression. Silver plated nylon threads release silver ions upon contact with the skin. These control bacterial and fungal infections. The socks are designed to fit over medical dressings and casts. Small to extra large sizes are available.

These have been shown to control over 12 types of bacterial and fungal infections common to the feet and legs. This safe therapeutic benefit is permanent and can never be washed out of the socks.
