An adaptable mouse that is designed to place the hand in a functional position with 45 degrees of pronation at the wrist and with the thumb resting in opposition on the side of the mouse. Six adaptors are interchangeable and chosen to suit the shape of the hand.

The Orthomouse is adaptable to the size, shape and function of the hand. It has 5 buttons and 5 interchangeable adaptors, allowing 6 different configurations. It can thus be customised to suit the individual's hand anatomy and function.
The thumb is responsible for scroll features of the mouse. The thumb is moved upwards to scroll up and down to scroll down. The thumb presses the mid button to perform a scrolling click.
It connects by a USB connection (a PS2 adaptor is included).
