This U shaped hand held zester has flexible rubber curved sides to fit snugly over the user's fingers. It has a stainless steel blade. The top is removable to access the zest that is stored in a pouch. It is suitable for the right or left hand.

* Place on three fingers
* Zest in a back and forth motion
* Pull off top to access zest from inside pouch
