* Fibrox with a slip resistant, ergonomic, durable handle. Available in black, red, yellow and blue where distinction in food preparation areas is required. Some Fibrox handles feature in built Microban that offers continuous protection against bacteria for the life of the knife. Handle is dark blue
* Polypropylene This nylon material is used on the small paring knives and table ware. It is available in black, red, blue and white
* 'Grand Matre' the forged range of Chefs Knives. Each knife is forged from a single piece, with a seamless transition from the blade to the handle. The handles have rounded edges to provide a comfortable grip for both large and small hands.

* The sharpness of the blade means less effort is required to cut
* A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpend repeatedly
* Fibrox handles are hygienic, dishwasher safe and slip resistant
