A plain face analogue alarm clock with the option of sound and / or vibrating alarm. The auditory alarm can be adjusted in volume and tone and can be turned up to 96 dB. The Motivator, with a pulsing vibration alarm, is plugged into the side of the unit if it is required.

* The vibrator is plugged into the jack on the side of the unit marked "Vibrator"
* The Bedshaker is then placed under the pillow or mattress
