Frame
* The power base features a six wheel individual suspension that allows a user to travel over uneven surfaces by automatically adjusting to changes in height, allowing all six wheels to stay in contact with the ground
* The wheelchair has a low centre of gravity to increase stability
* It has a mild steel, rigid frame with an ABS plastic shroud available in five colours, candy apple red, viper blue, onyx black, champagne or sunburst orange
Seat
* It comes standard with a grey, vinyl, padded seat and back
* The wheelchair also features three other interchangeable seating systems, including
Euro Seat
Padded seat and back. A flat seat pan is optional for use with any cushion. The padded backrest will bring the seat depth forward slightly. 20 degrees of power tilt and 120 degrees of power recline are available with this seat. 130 degrees of manual recline is also possible. It is available in two sizes
Euro 2 or TRU-Comfort seat and back
A padded, contoured seat and back with a soft, leather-like cover and adjustable positioning. The modular design allows use of alternate seating cushions. The TRU-Comfort cushion has a high density polyurethane base and a top layer of viscoelastic foam. The backrest has an adjustable lumbar support and lateral bolsters. A T-slot channel is available to attach swing away lateral supports. 25 degrees power tilt is an option with the Euro 2 seat. Power recline is also an option.
Synergy seat
A curved padded back and seat base board (flat seat pan). It is adjustable for growth and able to be fitted with most seating products. Manual recline and tilt are optional. The seat has a sliding centre of gravity or weight shift tilt system, up to 55 degrees of power tilt.
The seating systems can be adjusted in relation to the power base to change the centre of gravity and eliminate a pitching forward effect (if any). It has a low centre of gravity.
Backrest
* The standard backrest is a vinyl, padded backrest. Euro, TRU-Comfort or Synergy backrests are available
* Customised backrests can be fitted
Headrest
The standard headrest is adjustable height, padded, vinyl. Other headrest options can be fitted.
Armrests
Flip back or lift away armrests are available
Legrests
* The standard legrest is a single post foot platform
* Swing away or swing away, manual, elevating legrests are optional
* Power elevating legrests are available with the Euro, Euro 2 or Synergy seat
Footplates
* A one piece, angle and height adjustable foot platform is standard
* Lift up, swing away footplates are also available
* Optional two piece, swing away footplates are available
Drive wheels
* The drive wheels are pneumatic and 355mm (14") in diameter
* Solid tyres are optional
Castors
* The castors are OMNI-Casters (solid, nylon, spherical shaped castors) on the front and rear. The spherical shape is designed to prevent wheels getting caught (hung up) on curbs etc
* The front castors are 127mm (5") in diameter
* The rear castors are 152mm (6") in diameter
Controls
* A controller can be mounted on the left or right armrest
* A programmable 80 amp Q Logic controller with a proportional joystick is standard. It has a full colour display screen showing speed, battery charge, clock, odometer and drive status
* An advanced actuator module can be fitted to allow a range of functions to be used (up to 280 functions)
* An enhanced display can be fitted
* A range of joystick options are available, including attendant control and sip-n-puff control
Batteries
* The chair is powered by two, 50 amp per hr, 12 volt batteries located within a cartridge style, battery box under the frame. They are gel or lead acid
* The battery charging point is located underneath the controller. It is an 8 amp off board charger.
Motors
The motor can be disengaged and the chair free wheeled by turning levers, located next to each rear wheel, towards the middle of the chair.
Brakes
The wheelchair has electronic, regenerative disc brakes.
Suspension
It features Active-Trac suspension with extra stability (ATX).
Dismantling
The seat is removable.
