* Read through the book to become familiar with the content of this kit
* Use the pen to personalise the flip cards in this kit
* Update personalised information by removing the writing using an alcohol swab or eucalyptus oil
* The kit can be attached to a hospital bed using the hinged key ring
* Check whether the person has a more detailed communication resource that he or she also uses. This may be another non-electronic light technology resource or a speech generating device.
