A lightweight, insulated plastic jug of 1 litre capacity. It has a vertical open ended handle. The lid has a deep lip for stability.
Sifting is a process that many of us avoid for one reason or another. For those persons to whom the sifting process is essential, there are sifters on the market which may make it easier.

A stainless steel mesh basket with a moulded handle made of flame retardant nylon. Vegetables may be cooked in the basket and lifted out to serve without having to strain off the boiling liquid. When the liquid has cooled it can be poured away.
