Catholic Care Broken Bay is a non government, no profit organisation delivering a wide range of support services to families, people with disabilities, children and older people living in Northern Sydney, the Northern Beaches and the Central Coast.

The Central Coast Disability Network provides an information, referral and advocacy service for families & carers of children and adults with an intellectual or physical disability who live on the Central Coast of NSW. Christian Community Aid offers services, programs and information on a range of topics including health, welfare resources and local activities, to the residents of Epping, Eastwood, Meadowbank and surrounding districts. There are centres at Eastwood and West Ryde, which have the practical support of 400 volunteers. The service includes Meals on Wheels in the Ryde area.

A card issued to people with a permanent disability who require attendant care support. The card allows an accompanying companion to enter free of charge to participating venues and activities.

A HACC funded service offering assistance for frail older people and younger people with disabilities who are experiencing some difficulty with the normal tasks of everyday living.

Many Day Centre and Activity Programs are available for people who are frail aged, with physical, mental or social disabilities and living at home. These provide the opportunity for carer relief as well as an outing for these people. Activities are selected to meet the interests and abilities of the group. Transport, meals and supervised care may also be provided.
