An access resource kit developed to assist Western Australian State Government agencies and Local Governments to improve access for people with disabilities to their existing services and facilities. The kit is available in alternative formats (eg audio tape, computer disk, large print, Braille) by contacting the Disability Services Commission. Can also be viewed on their website.

A video that was developed to inform planners and providers of public information services about barriers facing people with various disabilities in their day to day lives. It provides practical examples of steps that are being taken to improve access for people with disabilities.
Newcastle City Council has five Mobility Maps - Newcastle East, Newcastle West, Stockton, Mayfield and Hamilton. The maps show accessible venues in the city mainstreets.
Penrith Disabilities Resource Centre has produced a local Access Guide (for people with mobility limitations). The Guide has been designed to give basic information about the level of accessibility of many facilities located in the Penrith & St Marys areas.
