Adahps (AIDS Dementia & HIV Psychiatry Service) is a statewide service in NSW that assists in the care and management of people with HIV and complex needs.

The Albion Street Centre is a multi-disciplinary HIV/Aids Treatment training and research centre. Established in 1985 as an HIV Testing Clinic, it has developed into an Ambulatory Care Treatment Service for the management of people with HIV/Aids. The centre is funded by the NSW Department of Health and is part of the Eastern Area Health Service.

This organisation was founded to address the needs and interests of men and women affected by an asbestos related disease. The Foundation aims to provide the wider community with information about the hazards of asbestos exposure. By doing this they hope to reduce the numbers of victims in future.

The Asthma Foundation of NSW is a registered charity committed to helping people with asthma and their carers, manage asthma effectively. It supports, informs and educates people with asthma and the wider community, as well as funding vital asthma research.

ACCA is a voluntary, non profit organisation that aims to generate and foster awareness and educational programs targeted at persons diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) their families, health professionals and the general public.

Australian Diabetes Council is the peak consumer body for people with diabetes in Australia. It provides a range of services to support people with diabetes, including education and product supplies. Material in other languages is available. There is a fee for membership.

This organisation provides supportive care and accommodation for country people who have cancer, their carers and relatives and need to receive treatment in Sydney. Accommodation is at Jean Colvin Hospital and Ecclesbourne Hostel, light breakfast is provided. There are also 37 branches of the Association in NSW.

The cancer support service at Royal North Shore Hospital offers support, information and hope for people with cancer and their families and carers.
