Endless Possibilities for All
This battery operated device allows carers to locate and track the whereabouts of a person in real time via their mobile phone. The tracker is rechargeable and compact so it can fit inside a pocket, handbag, luggage, vehicle, etc. A microphone and speaker in the tracker also allows you to dial in to listen to sounds around the tracker, and one of two phones can be called from the tracker for two way communication. An SOS button sends help information to up to three pre-set phone numbers.
The SOS Emergency Pendant is a 3G/4G falls alert device with a Smartphone look display to read the time, battery life and data signal. When the SOS is deployed, up to three contacts can be contacted. The pendant first sends a text message with a Google Map location, then follows with phone call which is hand free.
Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking is a method of working out exactly where something is. A GPS tracking system, for example, may be placed in a vehicle, on a mobile phone, or on special GPS devices, which can either be a fixed or portable unit. GPS works by providing information on exact location. It can also track the movement of a vehicle or person. So, for example, a GPS tracking system can be used by a company to monitor the route and progress of a delivery truck, by parents to check on the location of their child, or relatives to monitor the location of a person with dementia.
