A "T" piece plastic nappy fastener which fastens on the outside of a towelling nappy and eliminates the use for pins. The fastener is made of polyurethane plastic and features three small sets of short teeth which grip through one layer of fabric. The fastener is autoclavable and fits all types of nappy folds.
