Short Description

A low maintenance cushion for pressure relief, positioning, stability and comfort. It includes a Jay Flowlite (gel like) pad on moulded foam with a removable hard base for use on wheelchair seats with slung upholstery. It comes standard with a ballistic edged stretch cover. Suitable for people at medium to high risk of developing pressure sores.

THE J2 BASE:
- Made of durable, moulded moisture proof closed foam.
- Lightweight.
- Supports and stabilises the pelvis.
- Slip resistant base.
- Can be modified by cutting (surface does not need to be sealed)
J2 FLUID PAD:
- Conforms to users contours providing maximum contact to reduce
peak pressures.
- The oversized casing allows the Jay Flow to react to a persons
movement reducing skin shear.
J2 COVER:
- Slip on for easy removal. Extra material helps relieve pressure and shearing.
- Made from tough stretch material with durable ballistic cloth around the edges.
- Has a front handle.
- Other cover styles include an Air Exchange version to help reduce sweating and an Incontinent Resistant version.
FREE CUSHION MODIFICATION:
- Cushion-cut bases are available for special needs.
- Free modifications to bases include:
- Shortening, narrowing less than 50 mm, notching for seat rails, notching for back posts, and leg length discrepancy cuts.
