The House With No Steps is a division of The Wheelchair And Disabled Association Of Australia. Their primary objective is to provide support services to people with intellectual or physical disabilities. They provide employment, independent living (residential) and recreational services. It is a registered charity.

Employment Services
The House With No Steps provides employment services which give people with disabilities economic security and access to job opportunities. People are trained for work in the open work force and placed in jobs, or they may choose to work in an employment program managed by the House.
Accommodation Support Services
People are taught skills which help them to participate in community life and to achieve their desired lifestyle.
Support Workers teach personal care, domestic skills and leisure planning. Initial training will usually take place in special units. Housing in the community is then found
Recreation programs
The House With No Steps offers programs which teach people with disabilities how to use their leisure time constructively. They are encouraged to join community sporting groups and to use community facilities
The House With No Steps group also has diversified projects in New South Wales and Queensland.
