. Connections support consumers in practical ways to access services, facilities and resources. It also develops strategies, in conjunction with other community groups, to improve the quality of life for people with a disability in general.
. Adults between 16 years and 60 years with severe / profound developmental intellectual / physical disabilities are eligible.
. The service is managed by a committee of consumers, relatives and
associated people. Staff are employed to provide independent living training and community access support.
. Post school options service, ATLAS service placement / program planning for students with a disability to transition to a day program to meet their individual needs while focusing on pre employment training and whole of life skill training.
