The wireless AudioSigns access system consists of ceiling or wall mounted transmitter modules and a body worn small receiver unit. The modules continuously emit an infra red beam which, when intercepted by a receiver unit, will relay a discreet message to the user via an earpiece or lapel speaker.

*The AudioSigns system consists of unobtrusive modules, ceiling or wall mounted at key decision points throughout a building, at intersections or near structures such as bus shelters. Each module has four transmitters that continuously emit an infra red beam in various directions and distances depending on the configuration required.
*The users wear a small receiver unit that can be clipped to a pocket or lapel, or worn on a chain around the neck.
*The transmitter and receiver design ensures the user picks up only the appropriate message for his or her position and direction of movement.
*Prerecorded messages of high quality digital speech are stored within each module. They can be easily updated from a remote location using a PC.
Designed to supplement canes, guide dogs and tactile signs as orientation tools for people who are blind or have a vision impairment.
*Also useful for interpreting information received into different languages
