A self adhesive heated mirror pad that is attached by an electrician behind a bathroom mirror and switches on with the bathroom light. It eliminates mist from the viewing area of the mirror. Available in one standard size.

More Details

. For large mirrors, multiple pads can be fitted
. Standard size of Fog-Off heated mirror pads is 500 mm high x 600 mm wide. The area free of condensation is somewhat larger
. The pad thickness is less the 1mm.
. Pads are supplied with a one metre long 1mm cord (without a plug)
. Standard voltage is 240 volts with a power rating of 60 watts.
. The pad uses less electricity than an extractor fan

Installation

. FogOff must be fitted by a licensed electrician to AS3000 Standard and protected by a 5 amp fuse or a circuit breaker.
. The pad should be positioned immediately above the basin, with it lower side located at a minimum height of 1250mm above floor level.
. Being self adhesive it attaches to the back of any framed or unframed mirror and should be mounted not less than 50mm from the edge of the mirror.
. Mirror fixing devices should not touch or pass through the FogOff pad. . Allow 200mm minimum clearance for screw fixing.
. Normally the pad can be connected into the bathroom lighting electrical circuit. Alternatively, it can be connected into the fan circuit or through a separate switch. Fitting must conform to the requirements of the electricity supplier and of relevant government authorities.
