Features front, rear and hazard lights, a padded high back seat, finger or thumb controls, a basket on the front tiller. The seat height is electrically adjustable. More Details
FRAME: This scooter has fibreglass cowlings, front and rear bumper pads.
The tiller angle is adjustable.
SEAT contoured style with lift up, angle and height adjustable armrests and fold down backrest.
The seat swivels by lifting a lever located on the right side, under the seat.
Seat height is electrically adjustable using a switch located on the tiller. Seat is removable by releasing the seat swivel lever and turning the seat to a non locked position and lifting it off.
A sliding seat mechanism, activated by turning a lever under the front of the seat, allows the driver to alter seat position while seated.
The seat is sprung for added comfort
TRANSPORTING the scooter is facilitated by folding down the tiller, removing the seat and batteries, pulling out the connector pin from main frame and separating front section from rear section.
FREEWHEELING mechanism is operated by a lever situated under the rear cowling next to the wheel.
BATTERY CHARGING is achieved by connecting the charger provided to a mains power point and plugging it into the scooter at the marked charging terminal on the tiller.
BATTERIES two 28 Amp batteries are stored in separate fibreglass boxes under the seat, held in place with webbing straps.
REAR & FRONT WHEELS are 260mm diameter, pneumatic.
FOOTSPACE is flat with slip resistant matting in the foot space.
CONTROLS are a flat, rocker style for acceleration and reverse functions, a speed control knob with fast / slow indicators, lights to indicate battery status, horn and key operated power switch. The controls are set standard for right hand use, but can be changed by the supplier for left hand use.
BRAKES are electromagnetic.

Registration requirements
In NSW, motorised wheelchairs that weigh less than 110 kg and cannot travel at more than 10 km/h do not have to be registered, provided they are being used by a person with mobility problems. A person driving a motorised wheelchair under these circumstances is defined as a pedestrian under the Australian Road Rules and is permitted to travel on a footpath or nature strip adjacent to the road.
Vehicles exempt from registration are covered by the nominal defendant scheme (administered by the Motor Accidents Authority) if they are at fault in an accident in NSW on a road or road-related area and cause injury to another person. However, this cover is only valid in NSW.
