More Details
Features
Frame
* Wooden and steel frame chair with a slide out footrest, push handle on rear of the top of the backrest and has a lockable tray attachment.
* It is fitted with 100mm castors which allow the chair to be moved with the client seated in the chair, minimising the number of transfers with clients with limited mobility. The two rear castors are lockable. The tray slides into brackets on each side of the armrests and locked into place by tightening a knob on each bracket.
Backrest
* One piece, padded with enduro foam and contoured to provide lumbar support. Wings are padded with enduro foam. The upholstery over the backrest is buttoned above the lumbar support area.
Legrest
* Open front and level with the seat when in the fully reclined position. Padding between the front of the seat and the footrest (i.e a chaise) is available, however the seat cushion becomes fixed to the chair, rather than being removable.
Upholstery
* Has a contoured back rest, seat and headrest, padded with fire retardant enduro foam. The seat cushion is removable.
* Available in a range of fabrics and vinyls including a water resistant fabric.
Customisation
* Includes seat depth (within a range) and customisation of density of foam.
Controls
* Two small black buttons on a black background.
Power
* Mains power. Rechargeable actuator has 24hours standby time, 1 hour use time and 4 hours charge time, if required to be used in area without access to a power point.
Motor
* The chair has a rechargeable actuator allowing chair to be operated for short periods in places without power point access.
Adjustments
* The reclining and standing mechanism is operated by a push button hand held control on an extendable cord which can be mounted on the left or right side of the chair. When moved into the reclining position, the legrest will automatically move up to support the legs as the chair moves back. The legrest returns to the normal position when the chair moves into the standing position. In the standing position, the chair first lifts the person then tilts them slightly forward. Releasing the switch will automatically stop the chair at any position.
