Short Description
This fibreglass modular bathroom meets the Australian Standard AS1428.1-2001 requirements for use by people with disabilities. The bathroom comes in two different internal styles. It can be provided in different packages to suit the client, builder or installer. These include flat packed, with or without fitting, or assembled. It is available for purchase only.

The Bathroom comes in two different styles, these are
* Standard smooth gloss gel coat finish (internally)
* Tiled style gloss gel coat finish (internally)

Size
* The bathroom size is 2225mm deep internally x 2700mm wide internally x 2100mm high internally
* The floor has a gradient of 1: 80 that falls to the floor waste. This also doubles as the shower waste
* The entrance door to the bathroom is approx 900mm wide and can be made larger

3. Modular Bathroom assembled at the factory and delivered to you. P.C items installed, hot & cold water pre-plumbing installed, pre-wiring install, ready to be craned off the delivery truck at the work site(cranes not included in any pricing)

Underfloor plumbing is to be done onsite that is, toilet, shower and basin waste
