A range of square porcelain slip resistant floor tiles with a matte finish. They are suitable for commercial and domestic use in wet areas. The tiles have a ramp slip rating R10. They are available in a range of patterns and colours.
Porcelain slip resistant tiles for outdoor use. The external floor tiles have an R11 slip resistance rating and are available in a textured rockface finish.
Factors which influence the choice of slip resistant tiles, in addition to personal taste, include whether the location is indoor or outdoor, on a flat or sloped surface, in a domestic or public facility, etc. Slip resistant tiles are generally unglazed. "Paving bricks with levelled edges and chamfered rises are considered not traversable by a wheelchair". AS1428.1-2001.
