LawAccess NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, referrals and in some cases, advice for people who have a legal problem in NSW.

NDS is the national industry association for disability services, representing over 600 not-for-profit organisations. Collectively, their members operate several thousand services for Australians with all types of disability. NDS?s members range in size from small support groups to large multi-service organisations, and are located in every state and territory across Australia

The Patient Support Office is a service for people who use health services in NSW. It aims to assist health consumers to resolve their concerns about a health service near to the time they arise. A patient support officer will try if possible to facilitate the resolution of problems at a local level.

PWDA is the peak organisation that represents all people with disabilities in New South Wales. It is a rights based organisation that exists to promote the full participation and citizenship of all people with disabilities in NSW.

PDC (NSW) is the communication link between people with a physical disability and decision makers in Government, the community and the business world. Their aim is to promote equality of opportunity for people with physical disabilities by providing a representative voice.

Seniors Rights Service is a community service that protects the rights of older people. They provide telephone advice, advocacy, legal advice and educational services. The service operates in NSW only.

Tenants NSW provides information and advice to tenants, including boarders, public housing tenants, community housing tenants and residential parks residents.
