DIAS Inc is an independent information and advocacy service for people with a disability, their families and carers. It is co-located at the Bathhurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre and provides an Outreach Service to Cowra, Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange and Parkes.

The Disability Complaints Service is run by People with Disabilities NSW and helps people with a disability who wish to make a complaint about their rights being infringed. It is available to any person living in NSW who has a disability, or any person wishing to make a complaint on behalf of a person with a disability. All information about the complaint is kept confidential. This is a free service.

The Hotline is a single contact point for anyone in Australia who wants to report claims of abuse and neglect against people with a disability in any Commonwealth, State or Territory government run or government funded disability service. It is open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

The Guardianship Division of NCAT is a specialist disability division within NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). The Division conducts hearings to determine applications about adults with a decision making disability who are incapable of making their own decisions and who may require a legally appointed substitute decision maker.
