Three pocket size cards are available free of charge to anyone with dementia or their carers. One card is for people in the early stage of dementia to assist with support from the public. The Personal Identity Card is for people with more advanced dementia. The Companion Card assists a carer to explain the person with dementia's behaviour when necessary.
A 24 hour telephone information and support service available across Australia. It is staffed by trained and experienced advisors who provide support for people with dementia, their family and carers.
