A clipboard is a place where you can shortlist products that interest you. It doesn't matter whether you're searching or browsing for a product, if there is a product that you think would be suitable for your client, you can 'Clipboard' it.
Clipboards are automatically saved, meaning you can create them and come back to them at a later time.
You can create and reuse clipboards for each of your clients. This allows you to easily track your clients AT history.
Back to topWhen you click the 'Add to Clipboard' button, @magic will ask you whether you want to 'create a new or add to an existing clipboard?'. Simply type in a name for your clipboard e.g 'Powered Wheelchairs, Mrs. Smith' and click continue.
This will create a new clipboard, and activate it. Every product that you wish to add to your clipboard, will now be stored here.
You can also create a clipboard by clicking the clipboard icon in the top right hand side of the screen.
There are a number of ways you can add items to an existing clipboard.As stated above, when you click the 'Add to Clipboard' button, @magic will give you option of adding to an existing clipboard. You can select this from the drop-down list.You can also browse your 'Saved Clipboards' for an overview of all your clipboards, their descriptions, and the items they contain. You can access your saved clipboards by clicking the 'saved clipboards' link located top left of the page (next to the logout link).
Back to topTo add an item to your clipboard, simply click the 'add to clipboard' button. If you are in grid view, an 'add to clipboard' icon will appear when you mouse-over the product groid. If you are in list view, the 'add to clipboard' button is located on the right hand side of the product details, next to each product.
You can also add products to your clipboard from the product's details page.
After adding a product to your clipboard, you will notice that the icon changes.
Back to topTo review the items on your clipboard, simply click on the clipboard icon located at the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to your clipboard page. You can also add details to your clipboard to help you easily manage your clients.
Back to topTo remove an item, simply click the 'remove' link that is located under each item on your clipboard. This will ask you to confirm before proceeding.
Back to topTo compare items on your clipboard, simply click the 'Compare Products' button. This lets you do a side-by-side comparison of products.
You will need to 'drag-and-drop' the items from the top area, into the compare area. After, dragging the items you desire, you can see all the item details side-by-side. This makes it easy to compare product specifications, or features. Comparing products will help you more easily decide which products are more suitable.

Back to topClipboards also allow you to add notes about a product. Located on the right hand side of the product is a yellow 'stick note' pad. You can click 'add note', and type any notes about products. These are saved along with the clipboard. Clipboard notes can be helpful if you need to remember why you chose a certain piece of equipment.
