An AT recommendation is a print-friendly version of your clipboard items. You can create AT recommendations to give to your clients, keep for your own records, or attach with equipment request funding forms e.g PADP. When you create an AT recommendation, you are given the option of including product supplier details, adding your own comments and recommending suitable models and options.
To create an AT recommendation, simply click the 'Create AT Recommendation' button, located on the right hand side of the clipboard. You will then be guided through a 4-step process which involves selecting the products (from your clipboard) to include in your recommendation, choosing suitable suppliers, customising the recommendation (e.g adding in your own comments, selecting models, recommending options) and finally printing the recommendation.
If you would like to recommend certain options for your clients, you can customise your AT recommendation to display this information. You will notice that the section 'options' next to each product on the AT Recommendation will have pre-filled information displaying. This information is the information obtained from suppliers about the types of options you can get with the product. We have pre-filled this to make this easier for you to recommend certain options to your client. To edit what this says simply click on the box, or click the 'edit' link. You can remove whatever information is unnecessary. If you have made a mistake and need the original product options information back, simply click the 'reset' link.
You can also add additional comments in the 'additional comments' area. To insert a comment, simply click the area to type, or click the 'edit' link. If you don't wish to include any comments, you can leave this, and it will not appear on your final print-out.
Click the print icon in AT Recommendation Step 4.
Follow these printing instructions to make sure your recommendation prints correctly.
