Logging-In/Out

Where can I login?

You can login by visiting the 'login' link which is located at the very top of the website's header. This link is visible and accessible from every page of the website.

I'm having trouble logging-in, what should I do?

If you have trouble logging in, here are some things to check:

  • Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address you signed up with must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
  • Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, you can reset your password by visiting http://www.ilcnsw.online/forgotten_password and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be sent a new password, which you can then change. This will be effective immediately.

When should I logout?

If you are using a shared computer, or a public computer you will want to logout when you are finished using @magic. This is important because your clipboards could contain sensitive information about your clients.

For security purposes, the system will automatically log you out if you close the browser window.

If you are using a private computer and wish not to login/logout you can tick the checkbox 'Keep me logged-in for two weeks'. The system will remember your login details, and you won't have to login each time you want to use @magic.
