More Details
. The Standard Bathmaster is for average height baths. The High Bathmaster lifts to a higher position (for higher baths).
Materials:
. The frame is epoxy coated aluminium. The vinyl covered padded seat and back rest are flame and mould resistant.
. Four large suction pads on the base have integral pull up tabs.
Controller
. The standard hand control is waterproof with large up/down control, suction pads and a 1050 mm cable.
. There is a choice of push button up/down control or toggle switch.
. The seat automatically stops when it reaches the top or bottom, or when the button / switch is released.
. The broad pressure pad switch helps a person with severely impaired hand and finger dexterity to operate the Bathmaster.
Battery: The rechargeable battery is located behind the back of the chair. It is removed for recharging. Will do 10 full lifts on one charge (average weight person) and takes 8 hours to recharge.
Application: May be suitable for bariatric use up to the specified load capacity
Factors To Consider
The vent holes on the hand control must not be blocked at any time.
. Need to check that the base of the bath is flat enough for the suction cups to adhere securely.
