Callers can be connected to a local or STD number by an operator by
dialling 12456. This will cost $1.10 on top of the normal call charge.
There is a fee exemption for eligible customers with severe physical disabilities (including people with quadriplegia, severe motor neurone
disease) who are unable to use a standard telephone or find dialling
