This wok features a unique patented inner lip that curves inward. It enables food to be turned with a spatula, without spilling out the wok. The wok has a single long handle and a premium Teflon Platinum Plus coating. It is suitable for all heat sources and is dishwasher safe.
* It is not necessary to lift up the pan while cooking
