Short Description
A contoured, moulded, polyurethane foam, customisable cushion designed for slung seat surfaces. It is designed for clients at low to medium risk of pressure sores. The cushion comes with a water resistant, fire retardant, size adjustable cover. There are two models. One is designed for hard, flat seat bases and the other for fabric seats.

Materials
* The cushion consists of a single piece of closed cell fire retardant foam with a density of 67kg per cubic metre. Material firmness 3.0kg (supplier stated).
Cover
* Removable washable, fire retardant , water resistant 110D nylon fabric
* There is hook and loop fastening at the rear and sides to allow adjustment to the size of the cushion
* The base of the cover is reinforced nylon with loop fastenings attached
Features
* The base of the cushion is bevelled to accommodate a slung seat
* The cushion is higher at the back to accommodate a seat tilt of approximately 8 degrees
The top is moulded in the following ways:
* coccyx cut out with moisture drainage channel
* pre ischial bar
* proximal thigh contours
* abduction pommel
Application
For users who are at low to medium risk of developing pressure areas.
Customisation
* There are grooves moulded into the cushion to assist in re-sizing the cushions to four standard widths (360mm, 400mm, 440mm or 480mm) and three standard depths (360mm, 400mm or 440mm)

Maintenance
* Refer to the User Manual or supplier for specific details.
* Wash cushion in warm soapy water
* Prolonged exposure to sunlight and urine will reduce the durability of the cushion
