Telstra Homeline Options is a range of services and options for Telstra customers who are contracted to one of their Homeline Options Plans.

This free service is offered if a residential customer or someone they live with has a diagnosed life threatening medical condition and no operational telephone service. Telstra aims to repair faults and provide new connections to priority customers within 24 hours in most parts of Australia and 48 hours in remote areas.

Telstra will provide a Teletypewriter (TTY), modem or telebraille equipment to eligible people with a speech or hearing impairment, via a rental arrangement under their Disability Equipment Program. These phones are not for sale to the general public however, are available for people who are part of Telstra or already renting a phone with Telstra.
